VACANCY: Finance Administrator

If the answer to these questions is yes, you could be the person we need to join our growing and dynamic Property Business.
We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our property business on a part time basis. The main focus of the role is to ensure the smooth running of daily tasks, produce the monthly / weekly rental reports, liaise with our tenants and offer a professional service to our clients.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Allocate costs to the relevant nominal code
- Ensuring the prices paid for supplies and services are correct
- Logging all expenditure onto Landlord vision.
- Supplier statement reconciliation & Reporting of supplier spend
- Managing and preparing expenses journals, payments, mortgages and rents
- Daily bank reconciliations and reporting
- Daily performance reporting
Key Requirements:
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Data entry skills
- Excellent Experience and knowledge of Microsoft excel
- Telephone skills
- Some knowledge of properties Finance would be helpful but is not essential
Salary £14 per hour
